① フレット直接入力パネル（🎸 1弦〜4弦）

1. Direct Fret Input Panel (🎸 Strings 1-4)

ウクレレと同じ向き（上が1弦、下が4弦）の指板ボタンです。数字（0〜12）を押すだけで楽譜へ書き込まれます。※ ○ は開放弦です。

Matches your ukulele's layout (String 1 on top). Tap 0-12 to write instantly. Note: "○" is an open string.

2. Chord Piano Keyboard (🎹 Major / Minor...)

上段の属性（Major等）を選びピアノを叩くだけで、システムがウクレレの正しい押さえ方を自動逆算して和音を挿入します。

Select a quality (Major, etc.) and tap piano keys. The system auto-calculates the correct ukulele chord shape for you.

ツールバーで、次に入力する音符の長さを選べます。

Use the toolbar to select the length of the next note to input.

休符(z)、小節線(|)、滑らかに伸ばすタイ(-)、歌詞(w:)、削除ボタンがあなたの入力をアシストします。

Rest (z), Barline (|), Tie (-), Lyrics (w:), and Delete buttons assist your workflow.

📝 Step 3：歌詞を入力してみようInput Your Lyrics

1. 音符を入力後、歌詞(w:)ボタンを押します。
2. w: の後ろに、音符の数に合わせてスペースを空けながら文字を打ち込みます。
3. 小節の区切りにも | を入れると、上の音符と完全に一致して美しく自動整列します。

1. After inputting notes, tap Lyrics (w:).
2. Type after w:, using spaces to match the number of notes.
3. Use | for bar lines to align lyrics perfectly with the notes above.

例：w: よ ん | で い る ➔ 小節の位置がピタッと合います。

Example: w: He llo | Wo rld ➔ Aligns perfectly with bar lines.

拍数が足りない小節を見つけると、楽譜の右端が赤くハイライトされ自動でお知らせします。画面端で楽譜が切れてしまうバグも完全対策済みです。

If a bar has missing beats, the right edge highlights in red. The editor also prevents scores from being cut off at the screen edge.

It's a "Smart Indicator." It reduces visual noise by omitting repetitive chords, helping you focus on playing.
Q. グレーの線と太い黒い線があるのはなぜですか？ Q. Why are there thin gray lines and thick black lines?
ピッキングミス防止のためです。弾くべき弦は太い黒、弾いてはいけない消音（ミュート）弦は薄いグレーで表示されます。
To prevent picking errors. Active/open strings are thick black, while muted strings are thin gray.
Q. 1人でもアンサンブルの練習ができますか？ Q. Can I practice ensembles alone?
はい！再生設定から特定のパートを消音したり鳴らしたりできるため、1人でも迫力ある合奏練習が可能です。

利用規約（エンドユーザー使用許諾契約）

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、シェアハピネス株式会社（以下、「当方」といいます。）が提供するiPhoneおよびiPad用アプリケーション「Ukulele Tabs Viewer」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、利用者は本利用規約（EULA）に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（規約への同意）

利用者は、ダウンロードおよび使用の時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされます。未成年者は保護者の同意を得る必要があります。また、本規約は利用者と当方の間でのみ締結されるものであり、Apple Inc.（以下「Apple」）との間で締結されるものではありません。Appleは本アプリおよびその内容について一切の責任を負いません。

第2条（サービスおよび課金）

本アプリの基本機能は、広告付きの「フリータイム」により無料でご利用いただけます。プレミアム機能を利用するには、AppleのApp Storeシステムを介して処理される「チケット購入」または「サブスクリプション（定期購読）」が必要です。サブスクリプションは、現在の購読期間が終了する24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます。

第3条（返金ポリシー）

サブスクリプションまたはチケットの返金手続きはすべて、App Storeの返金ポリシーに基づきAppleによって直接処理されます。当方はいかなる理由であっても返金を行いません。適用される法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Appleは本アプリに関していかなる保証義務も負いません。

第4条（メンテナンスおよびサポート）

本アプリに関するメンテナンスおよびサポートサービスの提供については、当方が単独で責任を負います。Appleは本アプリに関するメンテナンスおよびサポートサービスを提供する義務を一切負わないことを、利用者は認めるものとします。

第5条（知的財産権および製品請求）

本アプリ、または利用者が本アプリを所有・使用していることが第三者の知的財産権を侵害しているという第三者からの請求がある場合、その調査、防御、和解、および免責については、Appleではなく当方が単独で責任を負います。

第6条（法的遵守）

利用者は、(i) 米国政府の禁輸措置の対象国、または米国政府によって「テロ支援国」として指定されている国に居住していないこと、および (ii) 米国政府の禁止・制限当事者リストに掲載されていないことを表明し、保証するものとします。

第7条（禁止事項）

利用者は、リバースエンジニアリング、デコンパイル、再配布、著作権侵害、またはサーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為を行ってはなりません。

第8条（免責事項および責任の制限）

本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な限度」で提供されます。当方は、端末の不具合、データの損失、または本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。利用者は自身の責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。

第9条（第三者受益者）

利用者は、AppleおよびAppleの子会社が本規約の第三者受益者であること、また利用者が本規約に同意することにより、Appleが第三者受益者として利用者に本規約を強制する権利を有すること（およびその権利を承諾したものとみなされること）に同意するものとします。

第10条（規約の変更）

当方はいつでも本規約を変更できるものとします。変更の掲載後も本アプリの利用を継続する場合、利用者は新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") define the conditions for using the iPhone and iPad application "Ukulele Tabs Viewer" (the "App") provided by Share Happiness Corp. ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as an End User License Agreement (EULA).

Article 1 (Agreement)

You agree to these Terms upon download or use. This agreement is concluded solely between you and the Company, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple bears no responsibility whatsoever for the App or its content.

Article 2 (Service and Billing)

Basic features are free with ad-supported "Free Time." Premium features require a "Ticket Purchase" or "Subscription," processed via Apple's App Store system.

Article 3 (Refund Policy)

All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to Apple’s App Store refund policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no warranty obligations whatsoever with respect to the App.

Article 4 (Maintenance and Support)

The Company is solely responsible for maintenance and support. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Claims)

The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights.

Article 6 (Legal Compliance)

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, or copyright infringement.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Company assumes no liability for device malfunction or loss of data.

Article 9 (Third Party Beneficiary)

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Privacy Policy

1. 収集する情報および利用目的

本アプリでは、ユーザー個人の氏名やメールアドレス等の「個人特定が可能な情報」を当社が直接収集・保持することは一切ありません。ただし、サービスの提供・改善のために以下の外部システムを通じて情報を自動取得する場合があります。
・Apple StoreKit：購入ステータスの反映、機能ロックの制御のため。
・Google AdMob：無料プランユーザーへの適切な広告配信、および動画視聴によるチケット回復制御のため。

2. データの保持と管理

ユーザーが作成・編集・保存した楽譜データは、ユーザーの端末内またはApple社のiCloudストレージにのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当社の外部サーバーへ送信・蓄積されることは一切ありません。

3. 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、ユーザーから直接取得した個人情報を保持していないため、第三者への提供を行うことはありません。ただし、法令に基づく開示請求がある場合や、生命・身体・財産の保護のために緊急の必要がある場合はこの限りではありません。

4. Appleのプライバシー要件への適合

本アプリは、Apple Inc.が定める「Appのプライバシー詳細」および各種ガイドラインを遵守しています。ユーザーはOSの設定から「Appのトラッキング要求」を拒否することで、広告識別子の取得をいつでも停止できます。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の改正や仕様変更に伴い、本ポリシーを必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更したポリシーは、ホームページ等に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

1. Information Collected and Purpose of Use

The Company does not directly collect or store PII. Information may be retrieved through Apple StoreKit (for subscription/ticket status) and Google AdMob (for ad delivery and ticket recovery) to provide and improve services.

2. Data Retention and Storage

All sheet music data created by the User is stored strictly locally on the device or on Apple's iCloud. This data is never transmitted to or stored on the Company's external servers.

3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Since the Company does not hold personal data, no personal information will be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or in emergency situations to protect life or property.

4. Compliance with Apple's Privacy Requirements

The App complies with Apple Inc.'s "App Privacy Details" requirements. Users can opt-out of tracking at any time via the iOS system settings.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Company may modify this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy shall become effective immediately upon its publication.
